Clarity Ferm addition = 190mL per 10bbls

Goal for brew #1 - 3 red plum 2 prickly pear (both oregon), possible extract for 10bbls

Stuck mash = 6bbl batch. Dropped the amount of wheat by 30 lbs for v 1.1 Resulting fruit was:
2 red plum 2 prickly pear + 500mL of kerry prickly pear extract to bbt

So do 3 plum 3 prickly with 750mL prickly pear extract (could even do 4 prickly and 3 plum)
