heat the golden syrup and blackstrap together with 200ml of water for 5 mins to make invert sugar number 2 (ish) for colour/sugars, add the syrup to kettle after mash or during boil
the yeast required rousing back into the fermenter as it liked to sit on top and create a heavy krousen and go to sleep a little, blow off tube recommended
