Brewed 5/2. Mash in at 95 F, 10' at 110 F, heat to 148 F then pull decoction, return decoction and rest at 155F, 10' mash out at 165 F. No whirfloc or yeast nutrient. Pitched dreg from 1 L starter of G01. Ferment at 64 F.
