Notes

This is spectacular. I aimed for an old-school British IPA - the kind I was introduced to before the IPA fad. My IPA drinking friends think it's awesome, and my wife and non-IPA drinkers say this is the only IPA they like.
It almost resembles a new-world Pale Ale, but still has the bitterness and old-world hops to fit the India Pale Ale category.
It's a keeper.
