Notes

Very Sweet on the tongue. OG came out to about 1.10 when tested after adding water up to 5 gal. Yeast attenuated early and final grav is 1.02. Fermented for 2 weeks. No change in gravity after 8 days. lots of action & krause formation first 5 days. did some mixing to aerate on the 5 day. between trub & other waste ended up with 15L bottled.

Not what I was hoping for but hey, it's ~10% abv.

LME I used was very dark. May have been an old kit. Didn't think to look before I brewed.

Final colouring is a lot darker than I would expect from the style. Some banana flavors on finishing.
