A little too much coffee flavor. The coffee flavor also tastes a bit too bitter, might be the combination of the 35 IBU.
The bottled beer will be amazing in 2-3 months. |

I only kept about 4 gallons since there isn't much head space in the bucket. I used a quart or so for a starter.
I'm guessing I used 2oz of coffee soaked in <4 cups of water, judging by the recipe. |

This was incredible after several months aging. Very smooth coffee flavor. Still a bit bitter or astringent, might have been coffee or hops, not sure |
