Notes

Used 13# 2-Row my supplier didn't have any pale. Also, note the different Alpha values for the hops, 9.3 and 10.8. I had an ounce in my inventory so I used the lower first.
dry hopped on 12th day. Cold crashed on 12.09.18 for 24 hours.
