Notes

Delicious New England IPA! Dry hopped with 2oz Mosaic and 1oz Citra on Days 3 - 7 during primary fermentation, racked to secondary and dry hopped days 7 - 10 with 1oz Mosaic and 2oz Citra. Bottled day 14. Likely under pitched yeast, as OG was in the 1.080 range, and only used a single packet, with final gravity of 1.022. Regardless - great floral/citrus nose, low on the IBU scale, still strong enough that you'll know you've had one (or two!).
