WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Fermentation temp started at 67 and slowly brought it up to 71, where it held for the next 2 weeks in primary. Fermentation was a bit crazy, as it started within 14 hours and was very active over the next 10+ days before slowing winding down.

Initial taste upon kegging is a bit heavy on the coriander, so hopefully that will mellow somewhat with aging. Will let age a week before refrigeration & carbonation.
