Zal ik vanavond na het eten even bij jullie langsrijden?
Ik heb even mijn hulplijn ingezet, brouwer uit Amsterdam (heeft gebrouwen voor oa Maximus, 't ij, Troost, etc.)
Die zegt, dat het brett gist tijd nodig heeft om op smaak te komen (3 maanden) en dat het geen fijn (oncontroleerbaar) gist is om in je brouwerij te hebben.

Hij raad aan deze gist:
F33 gist of s04 (fermentis)

Mouten:
70% Pils en 30% tarwemout

Hop:
centennial wirlpool 1gr p L
Columbus bitter en wirlpool columbus 1gr p liter
"goldings" weglaten
Citra dryhop 2 gr

Kruiden:
Korianderzaad 0,3 gr per liter
Kardemon 0,1 gr per liter (Of nog minder, maakt het bier medicinaal bij te veel gebruik)
