Notes

Stir and leave 0 minute hops in kettle after flameout for 20 mins, then chill down to 70 degrees.

Pitch yeast, then loosely put bucket cap on. Wait 15 mins, then stir.

Pale malt used: Rahr pale ale malt

-Put in bag, clamp to sides, and stir

  • pull drawstring and drop into the kettle
