Add Molasses slowly to the boil, stir well to ensure it doesnt stick to bottom and burn.

Consider using WLP 005 or Safale -04 instead of Safale -05

Control the fermentation temp and let the yeast work 2 weeks minimum.

Cold crash and use gelatin minimum of 2 days prior to keg
