put the peels of 2 large oranges into ferment-er , i put the peels of three lemons into the other ferment-er. squeeze the oils out of the peels as you put them into the ferment-er. cut the vanilla beans in half and soak in vodka before putting into the ferment-er. About 6 dollars per gal to make
