Notes

2018 - added 27 ppm of NaCl to mash water. Mash temps suffered from heat loss. Dropped to 150 after an hour. Mistakenly added too much hops. (60 IBU)
Steeped dark grains in 2 qt jar for 24 hrs then filtered with french press. Mistakenly did not sanitize dark grain extract before adding to fermentation bucket.
