This is likely a good candidate for full volume mashing.

Might try with a bit of flaked oats next time.

The goal here is to stay as close to 3% ABV as possible. Current version is 1# light on 2-row, with an added 1/2 # of Invert Sugar.

Invert Sugar should be cooked to at least 2.
