2 oz. fresh orange peel last 10 mins of boil.
1.5 oz. crushed coriander seeds last 5 mins. of boil.
Add another .75 oz. crushed coriander into primary 4 or 5 days.

6/22/16 - mashed 158 to 152 steady at 154. Rinsed grains with 1.7L 75 min boil. OG .046 4/12 gals a little light but we'll see added 2 ts of nutrient and aerated well. In chamber at 65degrees.

7/2 - FG .008 for 5.91% not bad at all, Very light nd fruity before kegg and carbo.
