Excellent. It is primed and conditioned with Sierra Nevada yeast, so it should settle out nicely by the weekend. It came out really clear since I lagered it for 8 weeks.

Recipe for 12 gallons, OG 1.070
Mash at 148 F, 30# German pilsner malt
Fill kettle, and add 2.5# organic can sugar to boost gravity to 1.080
Ferment at 65-70 F with Wyeast 1388
Lager for 8 weeks
Hop Schedule:
Bittering: 30 IBU Kent and Styrian Goldings
Flavor Saaz and Styrian Goldings, 1 oz each at 20 minutes
Aroma: 2 oz Saaz
