Splitting the cream ale at the secondary. One gallon will be normal, one will have shiitake mushrooms dry hopped (2/3 lb, 2x as much as http://wiki.homebrewersassociation.org/WeeShroomy ), and one will have huckleberry popcorn (10 oz) dry hopped.

Prefer WLP080 for yeast but it's not available at our store.
