Notes

too dark, do maybe 6oz of carafa and make sure the OG is at 1.06 next time.

6 mo tasting: not particularly sour, but tastes exclusively like dried cherries. Added some maltodextrin, going to add dregs soon too.

Next time: don't use dried cherries, they are so tannic.
