Notes

2 to 3 Days before brewing prepare Hazelnut extract as follows:

  1. Roast 150g of Hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
  2. Place in an airtight container and pour 150ml of Vodka and 10ml of Vanilla extract over the still hot nuts.
  3. Place on the lid and store in a cool dark place for 2 to 3 days

    Use only the liquid extract in the brew.
