Notes

Fill kettle to 5.5 gal
Add salts (1g calcium chloride)
Add citric acid (3.5 - 4.0 target)
Heat to 170 degrees and pull 1/2 gal
Add dip hops and let rest
Boil remaining water for 10 minutes
At flameout add rest of the hops - Stand for 10 minutes
Chill and rack into fermentation keg - Add dip hops
Add yeast
Bio transform for 4 days
