Grain absorption losses (steeping) -1.22 -4.9
Mash Lauter Tun losses -0.25 -1
Volume increase from sugar/extract (early additions) 0.08 0.3
Pre boil volume (equipment estimates 7.29 g | 29.2 qt) 6 24

WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Harvested Blanche de Bruxelles from two bottles

OG: 1.049, may be slightly higher as the test was quite warm.

Wort tastes very neutral. No sign of orange or coriander, but it's probably too sweet to notice.

10 days: 1.006(wtf?), Horrific burned rubber flavor/scent. Absolutely undrinkable. Racked to a secondary.
