Notes

Pretty straight forward. The MRS wants an easy drinking brew for summer that's not too hoppy or too high on the ABV scale. Going to do this BIAB, so I'm not adding any rice hulls. Target mash temp is ~152. Cane sugar is just to dry this out and kick it up over the 3% range. SRM is just over the threshold of the style range. Last note...no water chemistry. I just use the Publix Spring Water. So yeah, it's whatever that is.
