Notes

Should be classic West Coast IPA. Sweetness should offset the early boil additions. I plan to use wood chips to the keg to give it a bit of woody flavor.

Result:
I did not add wood chips in the end. Anyway, this is the great, drinkable beer I have been aimig for. Great head retention, flavor is intese spruce, seem stable even after months. Will repeat next year when there are fresh spruce shoots.
