Forgot the coriander in the first batch.

Added 200mL of lactic acid to kettle

Added 1 gallon of watermelon puree from amoretti + 1oz of watermelon extract from apex. 1 box havoc watermelon, 1 box dragonfruit (oregon).

Could use a touch more tahin, maybe like 10-11oz
