Combine everything in the kettle except hops and yeast. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool to 170, add hops. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool to 75, add yeast. Package directly into bottles, no fermenter needed. Bottle condition 7 to 10 days at room temp. Use this recipe to try new hop varieties.
