Notes

My go to pale ale after 3 weeks cold conditioning. Very drinkable crowd pleaser.

6 gallons. 10# pale ale, 1# aromatic munich. 60 min mash at 150F. 30 min boil. 1 oz centennial for 30 min and 1 oz amarillo at flameout. BRY97 for 5 days then keg...50psi for 24 hours then reduce to 10 psi. 6 days brew to drink and I find with these hop additions the hop bite after carbonation is very manageable. Good on the first day but truly excellent around the 3 week mark. I make a batch of this every month.
