Notes

After FO, transfer 3 gal of hot wort to SS Brewtech bucket and dilute with 2.5 gal RO water. Once below 150F add glucoamylase. Ferment with W34/70. Target IBU = 20 and target OG = 1.040.

To remaining 7 gallon of wort, proceed with FO (2 oz for ~10 min above 170F), whirlpool (4 oz for ~ 10 min below 170F) and regular process. Ferment with US-05 and Verdant blend.
