Brew steps:
Single infusion mash at 150°F for 60 minutes. Lauter then boil for 50 minutes. Knockout. Pitch yeast starter and ferment at 70°F. Add dry hop and blood orange juice after krausen activity reduces (day 2 or 3). Rack to keg and force carbonate to 2.6 vol. (5.2 g/L) CO2.
