Notes

1) Bring 1 gallon of water to 160 F.
2) Add 2-Row Malt, flaked oats and wheat--steep for 60 minutes at 152 F.
3) Remove grain, add 2 gallons of water, and bring wort to a boil.
4) Add 1.5 lbs. DME and Columbus hops and boil for 15 minutes.
5) Add corn sugar with 5 minutes left in boil.
6) Add remaining 1.5 lb DME at flameout.
7) Cool wort to 170 F and add whirlpool hops--stir for 20 minutes.
8) Start yeast and cool wort to 66 F.
9) Add yeast and seal fermenter.
10) Dry hop on day 2.
11) Bottle beer on day 10 with 2.25 oz corn sugar.
12) Should be ready to drink on day 14 or 15.
13) Chill all bottles once drinkable.
14) Drink within 2 or 3 weeks.
