I am a retired disabled Army Veteran. I have decided that I want to open my own Micro Brewery ( I know right BIG endeavor). So I started crafting my own beers. (getting my brew skills and recipes down to a science, you know practice makes perfect beer). So far GREAT! Now to get someone interested in what I have. I am targeting brewing the best dark beers, Lagers, Pale Ales and Amber's. For my fellow Veterans, my goal is to have a Lager and a Amber Ale for The Veteran Beer Company located in Chicago (my hometown...""GO BLACK HAWKS""). So far, they only have two beers to date, so my goal is to add a third and that is a dark beer, a stout or a lager. That's my Goal.

Mexican Cervesa (It was okay
Brown Stone Brick (Dark Beer)
Pilsen Light (Infused With Pure Apricot Puree)
