I brew using a Braumeister 20 ltr and use a conical fermenter. I have an external thermostat to control frig temperature. I rack the beer into kegs and keep it on tap until it's all gone. I try to keep my supply in front of my demand.
No favourite one because I am liking all the different ones I am doing.
Really starting to enjoy the hobby and the drinking rewards.
