Received a brew kit for Xmas 2011 and have not looked back since. Manufactured all my own equipment and now brewing all grain only. I now keg all my beer and next project is a chest freezer with 4 taps. I will brew at least every other weekend and experiment with different ingredients to find that perfect beer.
Being Australian, I enjoy all types of beers although try and match the Australian bitter ales. I have brewed some darker ales with rich flavor. Generally keep to the lighter ales.
