Upgraded to premium and my profile says im a trial member

And it's pissing me off because I can't save a recipe, despite the fact that I can see the $24.99 charge from "CULTURED BREWERS FRI" on my bank statement.

To make matters worse, there is no contact info to reach out to and to get help at the bottom of the page where it says "contact", the only clue I'm able to find about getting help is the page that says "

This is frustrating because I already upgraded and now the website is not giving me the service that I paid for.

I even got an email verification about the fact that I'm a premium member.

Can someone fix this?
 
You show up as a premium member to us- can you show where you are a trial member and where you see that?
 
I'd go with the try turning it off and on again approach Nomad suggests.

Yes, that's how most people do it. Try it out to make sure you love it, and then just upgrade to premium when you're ready.
