I probably did things out of order.....been posting lots or questions before introducing myself.
My wife and I are retired and live on St George Island in the Florida Panhandle. We do also have a very part-time residence in Tampa.
I have been brewing off and on for many years. Started decades ago bottling and started kegging maybe 8 years ago. Again, off and on not consistently brewing.
I have recently started back to Brew In A Bag and now I am trying to get my bearings on how best to source ingredients, etc. as I live in the middle of nowhere.
I appreciate all of the help and advice I've gotten so far and look forward to improving the process to be more efficient and cost "effective, BUT most of all I want to make good beer.
