I'm working on a recipe for a Left Hand Milk Stout Clone. If I use the ingredient American - Chocolate (350L) I get a normal seeming pH (5.55 with minimal water adjustments). If I switch it to Briess - Chocolate (350L) or Briess - Organic Chocolate Malt (350L) the pH drops to 4.19! I looked under the Grist info in the water calculator and the Briess Chocolate Malts are showing up as Base Malts instead of Roasted. Is there a way to change this other than creating a custom ingredient? If I change it in the Grist section, it doesn't seem to update in the recipe.
