I would love to try to recreate Pocahoptas by Center of the Universe brewing (central VA). Is anyone here familiar with that beer? The brewery website lists "four hops from the Pacific Northwest" but no other details on hops. My guess is that it's a combo of 4 "C" hops, but I was curious if anyone knew more specifics. Thanks!
