Lallemand Wit Yeast

[Over The Cliff Brewing]

Anyone use this yeast? Of course I'm experimenting with it in a non-wheat malt beer. It took 3 days to get going. Anyone experience the slow start?

I wish. I have a witbier that will be done in 2 weeks, but MoreBeer failed to mail me that yeast in my order so I had to use bread yeast. Wish me luck lol. They did make up for it with a gift card exceeding the cost of the yeast. But good idea for me to double check I have everything before starting to brew lol

That's a bummer! It finally took off and is still chugging away after a few days. Mine is not a witbier but an experiment on a non wheat grain bill.
