Deleting a brew session does not add the items back to your inventory. I'm sure I'm not the only person making last minute changes. This can be very problematic.

I think once you click to remove it removes. The inventory is separate and only removes when you tell it to. @Yooper

Understood, but it would be a nice feature to prompt the user to add the items back to inventory.

So you're saying you may have created a brew session, but then change your mind after removing the items from inventory? I think I understand that and I'll put in a support ticket asking for that to be added.

Correct. Just a simple prompt "do you wish to add the ingredients back your inventory" would be a great option.

That's a great idea. Especially when I change the dryhopping schedule 5 days AFTER brew day. I have to remember to go in and add 1 ounce of centennial hops back to inventory, and then deduct the 1 ounce of chinook I subbed it with. I usually don't remember, and then I'm sort on an ingredient down the road.

Another request a while ago was to actually deduct items when they were used (via the brew log), and I liked that idea as well as sometimes you sub on the fly but I don't know how we'd do that. I think allowing a 'return to inventory' next to the item would be a good answer to those. But maybe allowing me to deduct an ingredient later (those chinook hops I ended up using) too.
