Improved or option to disable smoothing for fermentation chart

If your temperature logs on the Brew Session Fermentation Chart aren't frequent or already smooth, the curve can get a bit weird.

The rise on the right shouldn't bend back like that, and ideally it should be flat during the 12C period

Hm, I’m not sure but beer isn’t supposed to move backwards in time like that.

I don’t use smoothing, or BF to hold my results, but I can see how strange things can happen.

Does it really force data smoothing? Huh.

That doesn’t happen in normal use.

So I took a look- when you put your dates and times in incorrectly, that can happen- the days “go backward”

I'm not sure how the dates are wrong, but the underlying issue seems to be the interpolation method (splines?). It's not a major concern though, and time travelling beer is an amusing concept
