How to add Amoretti Craft Puree to ingredients

I am unsure on how to add Amoretti Craft Puree to the ingredients list.

It is 30Brix and is measured by weight with roughly 1 gallon being 9#s.

I got stumped on which category to add it to and how.

I don’t see amoretti products on the fermentables list, so use “ Add Custom” fermentable and put in the data.

i tried. i am not sure how to translate the 30 brix, weight, volume situation.

i added everything that i came up on the "custom fermentable" i guessed at extract as the type? i tried fruit, but it was the same categories.

I was really trying to build it into recipe calculation as a post knockout addition just to see how much it bumped up my OG. i can ratio it out, but i sort of doubt the accuracy of that.
