Hops Ready to plant out

Well I now have 3 hop plants to go out in the garden this week - when the rain stops that is.
Pheonix, Chinook and another plant gifted by a local gardener - no idea what the strain is so I called it Northease after the road the guy lives in.
Now all I need to do is scan my recipes so I can use them.

Looks nice. Well, truthfully it looks dead, but that's how it should look.
So for recipes, I suggest you just pick one of your regulars and use a different hops, see what happens. It'll still be beer, no?

Sadly hops struggle as far south as I am, so I've not yet even tried. One day.

I started five plants in buckets this year, all grew nicely, even produced a bunch of small hops cones. When the cold weather came I moved them into the garage. That stays about 50f or so all winter. I water them now and then but they look deader than heck...
