No. I was going for dry, I find it more refreshing during the summer, along with the yeast used liking warmer temperatures for fermenting.That yeast really dries the juice out. Did you back sweeten at all?
What hop did you use and how did you add it?What are you getting from the hops? I tried a hopped cider and mine was pretty bad, just bitter really with no hop aroma or flavour.
