Hi i want to add honey to recipe tried once and it stuck to heating element (bad result) how and when his best time to add honey ?

Either late boil (Last 10 minutes or so) or in the fermenter

If you don't mind me asking, what is it you are trying to bring to the beer with honey?

Kill the heat until the honey is dissolved into the wort.

Exactly: stir it in very well, it does not dissolve as fast or easily as you think.

What are you trying to achieve? Higher ABV, or a beer that has some aroma and taste of honey in the background?

If the latter, you will assassinate any residual honey character by adding the honey at over 100F. Ish. Add the honey into the fermenter.

Unless you’re just using it as a sugar addition, in which case any time will do.

And again if you’re looking for actual honey aroma and flavor, you want raw, unpasteurized honey, not the typical store bought kind.

Drain 1 gallon of boiling wort (carefully). And dissolve the honey in it. Then slowly pour it back
