I live in the southwest Atlanta Metro area and have been brewing since 5/2012. I have gone from extract with steeping grains to Brew In A Bag. I am on my 7th or 8th batch of AG beer and am loving life!! I've acquired a pretty nice set up and am pretty happy with my product so far. Brewers Friend is the most used site/ app that I use on brew day and to show my appreciation I have joined as a member. Thanks for all the great calculators I couldn't brew without them!
Yes my username is Allergic2hops. Yes I am, its kind of like my own personal hell. Turns out I am allergic to the lupalins in the hops left in the beer from dry hopping and late hop additions. Since that is what dominates the market, I have had to find a way to brew the beers that won't make me sick. Its been really fun.
