Hi lads, I am moving form a 50L keggle to an old 300L steam jacketed kettle with a hole cut in the bottom fired with a 50kw burner 200,000ish btu, fermenting in brand new 220L HDPE barrels. I am wetting her valves with a partial mash APA.
If anyone has any advice about this size of brewing it would be very much appreciated.
Question about the software dose it take into account the increased hop utilization at larger volumes, I think it is about 10% more at this size, below taste threshold at 39IBUs I have planed, but would be nice to know.
