Floaters in Commercial Beers

Collective Arts... they're down by Calgary aren't they? A bit of weird hippy brewery. That is a weird visual on all the pictures I'm seeing and I guess I need to either pay more attention or continue using solo cups so I don't have to ask any questions.
Hamilton Ontario actually, they also have a location in Toronto, and one here in Cambridge

Just poured this. A little hard to see, but this beer is loaded with stuff floating around, all from the bottom of the can. It’s actually quite good, but not the most pleasant thing to look at.

Widmer hefe was always like that, i know that is more to the style, but they actually tell you to swirl the yeast on the pour

That looks like a homebrew with gelatin mixed back in. I have made a number of those, drank right through it.

hefe should be cloudy not chunky

Tree house makes very good NEIPA
I doubt they use gelatin in an NE style
I would be surprised they use gelatin at all in any beer
They would need to add a disclaimer
that said all their NEIPA that I've had are like that

All yeast left in a package will eventually settle out and become chunky like that. the only way to avoid that is in products like blue moon where they just use magic(chemicals) to create a stable haze that isnt yeast or maybe it is? we will never know.
