ahhh, I thought it was Maris otter, but had no idea on the hops.
I've seen mosaic popping up a bit here and there, I think I'll have to try that one soon

How's the mash going?

held 150 like a champ for 70 mins just hit mash out temp ....10 mins and get to add first wort hops and squeeze the bag lol

Well brew day turned out really well!! think i am going to really dig the BIAB simple and fun thought I would post some of my ending numbers
Conversion: 87.1%
Pre-Boil: 79% 30.1 ppg
Ending Kettle: 79% 29.9 ppg
Brew House: 64% 24.3 ppg
wort volume 3.25 gallon

Thats a really good efficiency for the first time.
My first couple seemed too high, i thought i was doing something wrong somewhere. Especially since people seem to say that BIAB has a drop in efficiency compared to regular all grain
