First all grain Brew DAy/nite :)

Unfortunately I have to take a bit of a hiatus. Darn wedding and honeymoon.

What's MOMO? Never heard that before.

Good luck and let us know how you make out

ahhh, I thought it was Maris otter, but had no idea on the hops.
I've seen mosaic popping up a bit here and there, I think I'll have to try that one soon

How's the mash going?

Congrats, I'm jonesin for a brewing fix now. Whats the rest of your hop schedule look like?

And wring that bag like it's Bart simpson's neck.

Well brew day turned out really well!! think i am going to really dig the BIAB  simple and fun thought I would post some of my ending numbers
Conversion: 87.1%
Pre-Boil: 79% 30.1 ppg
Ending Kettle: 79% 29.9 ppg
Brew House: 64% 24.3 ppg
wort volume 3.25 gallon

Nice!
Thats a really good efficiency for the first time.
My first couple seemed too high, i thought i was doing something wrong somewhere. Especially since people seem to say that BIAB has a drop in efficiency compared to regular all grain
