Extraction rates of sugars and syrups

I have been searching the net to try and find the extraction rates of sugars and syrups, expressed as lt°/kg, but without success. Any help would be very much appreciated.

More info would be helpful. I've never heard that term before, so not sure what it is used for
What are you trying to accomplish?
