Hi people
Im new to home brewing and did my first all grain brew 3 days ago. I did a brupacks london bitter mash kit as it came with my package.
Everything went fine and its been in the fermenter for 3 days now and is showing signs of activity. However the "instructions" that came with the kit say that i should now rack to secondary and "wait till clear"?
It is still very cloudy and from what i have read it seems like a very short time in the primary. Most of the forum recipes dont even use a secondary so i am wondering if i should wait longer? Or leave in primary? Or just stick to the manufacturers instructions.
I'd appreciate any help on this as i really want this beer to be a success. Cheers!
